Membership and Payments
How do I join Purple Jam Premium?
Simply visit mypurplejam.com/premium and choose your tier: Lite, Classic, Essence, or Signature. You can pay securely online using debit, credit, or PayPal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can switch tiers anytime. Changes will take effect in your next billing cycle.
How much does it cost?
You can choose from four monthly tiers:
Lite — $3.95 / month
Classic — $14.95 / month
Essence — $24.95 / month
Signature — $49.95 / month
Are memberships refundable?
Purple Jam memberships are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime before your next renewal. Your current access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

How will I receive updates or invitations?

Can I transfer my membership?
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. However, if you want to gift a membership to someone else, you can purchase a separate plan in their name.
I’m already a member — how do I claim my free event tickets?
You’ll receive a special members-only code or RSVP link in your email when event tickets become available. Signature and Essence members usually receive these invitations first, with details on how to claim complimentary or discounted entry.
