Saiarchana Darira is a climate activist who has used art and storytelling as a tool to spark empathy and policy change. She worked on an art and poetry campaign called “Turn It Around! Flashcards for Education Futures” to elevate the voices of youth in climate policy spaces and UN climate negotiations. She also built a participatory art exhibit on ocean policy for UN COP28 during her time on the U.S. Youth Action Council for United Nations Ocean Decade. She currently serves as the Co-Executive Director of OneUpAction International, working to elevate the voices of youth through creative means.
